About me:
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over seven years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my graduate degree from Troy State University (Panama City campus) in 2018 and completed both my practicum and internship in a local hospital setting, where I gained extensive experience working with individuals facing acute mental health challenges and crisis.
Following graduation, I worked with a local agency delivering in-school counseling services to students in need; supporting their emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being. In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, I transitioned to another community agency where I provided trauma-focused therapy to children and adults affected by crisis, loss, and abuse. These experiences have shaped my trauma informed approach and strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, regain control, and move forward with confidence.
